House of Sillage can not ship to many countries, due to not having rights with their collaborations outside of USA, depending on the item. This fee covers the service and shipping.

You can add decants and bottles from this webite to this order!
1. Send me your list of items. Please send an email to me at GretaBeth@yahoo.com or Greta@TheSillageByGB.com.
2. I send you a screen shot confirming the shopping cart and total it costs me, including my state sales tax.
3. You PayPal me the total via Friends n Family, to account Gretch0331@yahoo.com so there are no additional costs involved.
4. I place the order.
5. Add this item to your cart for shipping information, forwarding service, and shipping fee. Shipping fee is calculated based on the *weight* of the perfumes that you select. This may require waiting for the items to arrive to me. This may require additional funds or a refund depending on the actual parcel size and weight being shipped.
6. Parcel is shipped off and tracking emailed to you!
For this weight, UPS Expedited is best. It ships to Europe in 3 days. UPS Saver is 1-2 day. If this is not an option at checkout, I usually upgrade to it. I add a Signature Requirement on delivery for safety.

Greta went above and beyond to assist with a purchase of fragrances not available in my country. The customer service is outstanding, she is very responsive with her email communications and kept me updated throughout the entire process. With her vast knowledge of perfumes, she even offered some suggestions. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended if you are looking for a fast, efficient and reliable forwarding service. Also, this one of the most cost-effective. The international parcel forwarding services are more expensive and may charge additional fees for shipping fragrances. Nordstrom order
Greta Beth did a wonderful job in forwarding my Nordstrom order, when it's almost impossible to get stuff shipped from the US to Australia. Postage was a little slow, but that was expected. However, the items arrived in perfect order and I love, love, love them. I will definitely be ordering again! Gret Beth is the best.

Great service and fragrance
I was able to purchase the beautiful Minnie Mouse fragrance through this forwarding service. This service is great because Canadian customers can’t purchase certain fragrances through the HOS website. It was an easy straightforward process and Greta answered all the questions that I had.
